Lissy Lind was born under the given name Margarethe Elisabeth Flach on October 3, 1892 in Dresden. She was a German Actress, known for Tänzerin Tod (1919), Mord... die Tragödie des Hauses Garrick (1920), Rauschgold (1917), Lissy Lind's first movie on record is from 1912. She was married to Siegfried Philippi. Lissy Lind died on , 1938 in Berlin. Her last motion picture on file dates from 1926.
Biographical Notes in German: Schauspielerin des deutschen Stummfilms, eigentlich Lissy Krüger, Theaterdebüt 1908 in Gera, dann in Stettin, Königsberg und Berlin. in Dresden 1908. Filmdebüt unter dem Künstlernamen Lissy Lind 1912, zahlreiche Rollen in der Stummfilmzeit, vor allem auch unter der Regies ihres Mannes Siegfried Philippi.

Nach 1933 wegen der jüdischen Herkunft ihres Mannes kaum noch beschäftigt - Lissy Lind starb um 1937/38, wahrscheinlich vor Oktober 1938 in Berlin durch Selbstmord.
