Synopsis in German
Nevada, Ende der dreißiger Jahre. Jess Tyler (Stacy Keach) fristet ein einsames Dasein als Aufseher einer stillgelegten Silbermine. Der Mittvierziger hat sich mit dem bescheidenen Leben am Rande der Zivilisation arrangiert und erträgt es als gottgegeben - bis eines Tages seine Tochter Kady (Pia Zadora) auftaucht, die er seit zehn Jahren nicht mehr gesehen hat. Nun will sie bei ihrem Vater bleiben, was dieser erst nach einigem Zaudern akzeptiert, und es dauert nicht lange, bis die Reize der Kindfrau ihre Wirkung zeigen .... (ZDF Presse)
