Synopsis in German
Diesmal ist Lena Odenthal nicht nur Jäger, sondern auch Gejagte. Der Mann, der sie töten will: Hans-Martin Carsdorff. Carsdorff, einst erfolgreicher Schauspieler und Publikumsliebling, sitzt nach dem Mord an seiner Freundin hinter Gittern. Lena Odenthal ist für seine Verhaftung und Verurteilung verantwortlich. Durch sie hat er Ruhm, Ansehen und Karriere verloren. Jetzt will er Rache. Er presst sich den Weg aus der psychiatrischen Klinik frei, in der er einsitzt, und setzt sich auf die Spur der Kommissarin. Als die Kollegen Lena warnen wollen, hat Carsdorff bereits zum ersten Mal zugeschlagen. Schritt für Schritt will er Lena psychisch fertig machen, quälen, bevor er sie tötet. Lena weigert sich, ihre Angst einzugestehen. Mit professioneller Routine macht sie sich daran, den Mord an einer alten Dame aufzuklären, gleichwohl zerrt die ständige Bedrohung durch Carsdorff an ihren Nerven. Trotz Personalschutz gelingt es Carsdorff, das Netz um Lena Odenthal immer enger zu ziehen. Zum Schluss stehen sich Jäger und Gejagte allein gegenüber. Die Falle ist zugeschnappt - wie es scheint...
